As presented by the applicants, here is an overview of their proposal:

The blue "luxury hotel" will replace the current northernmost hotel building, which will be demolished. The existing Sirata main building is proposed to be renovated, and a third hotel will be located on the southern border of the property.
Adding two additional hotels on the property of the current Sirata has the net effect of increasing room density from approximately 44 rooms per acre to 74.9 rooms per acre.
